About the maker

Houx Pottery was established in 2024 by Holly Newing.

Holly began working with clay in 2022 and, in 2023, joined a community studio in Highgate, London. There, she developed her own style, learning from other potters and trialling new techniques.

In 2026, Holly moved out of the city and into the Wiltshire countryside, where she has set up her own studio.

Holly sells her work online and at local, maker-led craft markets.
